Refund & Returns Policy

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in resalable condition
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used packaging supplies
  • Opened packaging materials
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After the returned products are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect or damaged product was shipped by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
